There are basically two types of carton combination: one is bonding, and the glue is used for bonding; the other is using nail wire for nailing. There are also differences in nail wire classification. One is copper and the other is lead plating. If the coating peels off during stapling, no matter what the material is, the wire will rust, which will cause the carton to be stained. For some food or electronic cartons, it will affect the products inside the carton and the cleaning outside the carton. It is unacceptable to customers. Material: Poor bonding between metal and plating

When the bonding force between the metal and the plating layer is poor, it is easy to cause the plating layer to fall off. Check whether the peeling surface is the substrate. If the peeling surface is the substrate, it can be judged that the bonding force is not good and the plating layer is peeled off. This kind of peeling can only strengthen the pre-plating treatment, so that the surface of the parts before plating is oil-free and oxide-free, and the base metal lattice is completely exposed.  

Nail head: the notch is too tight, increasing the friction of the nail wire

In the process of using the nail wire, if the notch of the nail thread is too tight, then the friction force of the nail wire is increased during the production process, resulting in the peeling of the nail wire coating. When installing the nail wire, be sure to check the tightness of the nail wire, and regularly maintain and add lubricating oil.
