After the prepress design is completed, imposition is an important part of prepress technology. In order to save printing costs, different imposition methods need to be adopted for different printing machines. There are two types of imposition methods, one is rollover and the other is self-reversal.
Rolling refers to printing a plate on each side of the paper. After printing one time, the paper is turned over and rotated 180 degrees to print the second side. When the second side is printed, the direction of the paper is changed. After the printing is completed, two identical identical printed products can be obtained by cutting in the middle. The rollover method is shown in the figure.
Self-turning means that a plate is printed on both sides of the paper, but the paper is turned over conventionally and the mouth is unchanged. Its self-turning method is shown in the figure.
In any case, no matter which kind of method is used, remember that Tiantou is not confusing to the sky and the earth to the ground.
