At this time, as long as the technology through technical checks, you can effectively overcome the shortcomings of high-speed double jump. In the past, we used the method of bending the pinch plate (press plate) compression springs on the single digits of the numbering machine to properly bend some of them, so as to achieve sufficient pressure on the character wheel to counteract the inertial effect at high speeds to avoid the numbering machine. Therefore, the author explored the use of a number of foamed plastic strips (slipper bottoms) on the numbering machine wheel grommets to increase the resistance of the gussets to the character wheels, thereby avoiding the failure of high-speed printing hop double numbers. Here you need to be reminded that the area and thickness of the foam strip should be properly cut and then inserted into the gap between the buckle plate and the frame. If the area is too large or too thick, it can easily affect the normal run-out of the number of characters in the word wheel. For example, the ten or one hundred can't advance to 1 in time, but only after continuous embossing more than 2 times, it can only reach full hundred and full thousand. Therefore, after the foam strip is inserted into the character wheel, the piston is pressed with a finger to perform debugging so that the inserted foam piece reaches a proper level so as to ensure the normal beating of the number. By adopting a foamed plastic sheet to the number machine wheel to eliminate high-speed printing, it is easy to skip double faults. This method is not only simple, but also effective. When the printing speed is adjusted to 3,500 sheets, there is no double skipping printing failure, and printing efficiency, product qualification rate, and product printing quality are significantly improved.
