Campbell was a kind child. He taught himself sewing when he was nine years old. In the past three years, he has produced more than 800 plush toys for children in hospital wards.
All of this started with Christmas three years ago. He asked his parents if they could buy Christmas gifts for the children in the hospital. His parents were touched by his kindness, but told him that buying a toy was too expensive. He had nine brothers and sisters and it was very expensive to buy gifts for them. The parents' words did not dispel the determination of Campbell to send gifts to the hospital children. So he decided to give them a gift.
With the permission of his mother Sonya, he can use a sewing machine to make his doll. He read the instructional video on the Internet and spent nearly five hours finally finishing his first plush doll. After three years, he can now make a toy in an hour. He sent more than 800 toys through the Royal Hobart Hospital in Hobart, Tasmania.
