Before starting the climb, get some warm-up exercises and stretching exercises!
Note that warm-up exercises are not just stretching exercises. They are just part of the warm-up exercise.
Warm-up exercise: As the name suggests, warm-up exercise is to increase the body's temperature (1-2 degrees), such as: running, skipping, and aerobic exercise are all good choices. Before you do it, it is best to first activate the joints, which can reduce the sports injury.
Stretch: Key Stretches for Climber (do 3 – 5 stretches)
Sitting Butterflies: 20 – 30 sec
Froggies: 20 – 30 sec
Front Splits: 20 – 30 sec
Forearm Stretch: 10 – 15 sec
Shoulder / Upper Back: 20 – 30 sec
Upper Arm and Lat: 20 – 30 sec
High Steps: 10 times on both sides
