This test actually includes 13 printing plates and the range of commercially available corrugated boxes printed. Plates are unintentionally using English letters to represent each brand. The grid below is to test the remaining zero version of the information after the various plate stickers, so as to ensure that the plate is not harmed by the test.

The inks used only for # 1 and # 2 were too close to one another for the inks # 1 and # 3, and were tested using only three PH/viscosities. That is, 9.2 PH/24 seconds, 8.8 PH/21 seconds, and 8.4 PH/18 seconds, thus indicating diagonal cuts from the highest and lowest changes.

The printing plate is tested for its wetness in a manner that is in contact with various ink changes. Each plate was attached to IGT F1 and tested with the same roll and the same press, speed and material as before. All 13 printing plates used the #1 and #2 printing inks to test with a total of 3 printing inks to obtain a total of 390 printing samples.

Each type of print is used for color testing, but due to the opening of the spectrometer only a few differences can be seen. <Table 5> Therefore, it is necessary to measure the average value of ink transfer or print purity (hybridity).

A smooth, uniform ink color means that the higher the purity, the lower the heterogeneity. Of course, the surface of the printed material will also affect the purity, but because only one material is used, the printing plate is shown.
※ Printing plates show that the printing plate has a very stable transfer of ink, and even ink changes do not seem obvious. Figure 4 shows the clustering effect of ink transfer from B, C, D, G, H, and M plates. Clustering does not mean that "good results" only indicate that the ink transfer from these editions is very stable and is not affected by ink changes. The best is the G version.

When considering the hardness of the plate, <figure 5> indicates that there is no relationship between them, and when the best G version is viewed, the hardness is 29, which is medium or low, but has the best printing. Nature, the conclusion is that the hardness of the printing plate is not a cursor of printability.
