The use of ink and ink should have the conditions and precautions

Before using ink, you must understand the characteristics of the ink. However, due to traditional practices and conservative ideas, some soft-pack companies have not yet been able to grasp the printing technology of ink and wash. In fact, the so-called ink-and-ink printing technology and ink printing technology are consistent in the printing process. But why are some soft pack companies still unable to print qualified products? This is mainly due to the failure to grasp the characteristics of ink on the press.

1. First, the printing machine should have good drying equipment so that the surface temperature of the substrate that is blown onto the substrate can reach between 60°C and 80°C, and the wind power is strong. Because the drying equipment is different for each type of printer, the location of the sensors is also different. If the length of the oven is not enough and the film is moving, the temperature in the first half of the oven cannot reach the temperature indicated by the temperature meter. That is, the temperature indicated by the temperature meter does not equal the drying temperature of the surface of the sheet, which is related to the wind force. There is a lot to do. 2, shallow version. Why use a shallow version of ink? This is mainly to increase the printing speed and avoid water ripples. The shallower the plate, the thinner the ink layer on the substrate. In this way, the higher the color density of the ink is, the thinner the ink layer is, the faster the printing speed can be.

3, according to the amount of ink needed for daily printing, it is best to use a large bucket to conduct a uniform dilution (add water). To keep the viscosity of the inks consistent, only new inks are added during the printing process, which can avoid color aberrations and waste products. Each printing company can dilute according to printing experience, printing speed, and the depth of the printing plate. The lighter the printing plate is, the lower the viscosity of the ink is, and the faster the printing speed can be. On the contrary, the deeper the printing plate, the higher the viscosity of the ink, the slower the printing speed, and the argument that any printing viscosity should be, if it is out of the actual situation of the printing company. That is unfounded and unscientific.

4, after the ink is poured in the ink tank, it is necessary to rotate the printing plate for 2-3 minutes. The purpose is to stir and dampen the plate. At this time, do not put down the blade. Some printing companies still have traction film pulled down, and the plate stops spinning for too long. Because the ink and ink are different, the ink plate is rotated and then the plate can be re-dissolved to eliminate the phenomenon of plug printing. However, the ink is not reconstituted. If the version is plugged, it will need to be rewashed, which will affect work efficiency.

5. In the middle of printing, the effect of stopping the machine can lift the pressure roller, continue to rotate the plate, and shorten the stopping time of the printing plate as much as possible. Resting halfway, the scraper can be lifted to keep the plate in rotation.

6, after the ink is printed, pour the ink back into the bucket, seal it well and leave it for later use. Clean the plate with water, and move faster. If the ink is not dry, it can be completely cleaned with clean water. If there is a plug, soap powder can be used to open the water for cleaning, and it can also be cleaned with solvents. For all the washing water and hand washing water, it is better to set up several pools for sedimentation filtration so as not to contaminate groundwater sources.

Comparison of the cost of ink and solvent inks

This refers to the comparison between the printing cost of ink and ink and the printing cost of ink. It should be reasonable to compare it from several aspects.

1, from the performance, surface unit price and other aspects of comparison. Since an ink can be printed on a variety of films, one of the inks can be selected for comparison based on performance, referring to the surface unit price, that is to say looking for a multifunctional ink, which cannot be compared with the lowest ink. this is not fair. 3, printing the matching solvent. Printing inks must be diluted with solvents. The same ink produced by the same ink factory is used as an example. 4. The adoption of a new procurement model to reduce the cost of printing, this model is popular in foreign countries, in China's gravure, flexographic printing, some print companies also adopt this model. It does not want to be able to significantly reduce the cost of printing, and it can change ink types at any time depending on the printing needs. If the printing ink can be converted into a composite ink, the composite ink is changed back to the printing ink, and the gravure composite ink is adjusted to a flexographic printing ink. This model is particularly suitable for companies that have gravure, flexo, or both composite and surface printing.

This model is the purchase of ink and tear, that is, only to buy ink from the ink production plant, in addition to resin production plants or dealers to buy resin. Because the share of the resin in the ink formulation is large, the resin will inevitably join the ink factory and the cost will increase. Another material is water.
