1. The basic structure of Raymond mill. Raymond mill is composed of three sets of rollers, grinding rings and agitating plow. The auxiliary equipment consists of a fan blowing into the grinding chamber and a small fan blowing into the inner chamber of the three roller suspension shafts . Three sets of rollers are suspended on the rotating bracket. The rotation of the rotating bracket drives the three sets of rollers to roll on the grinding ring; the rotating bracket is driven by the motor through the pulley and the bevel gear pair. After the calcined petroleum coke enters the grinding chamber, it is continuously rolled into powder, and then flows to the powder collection bin with the blast. The lubricating pump pressure of the bevel gear box is 550 ~ 870kPa, which compulsorily lubricates the bevel gear pair. The original design of the lubrication of the three sets of rollers is the continuous air lubrication of the lubricating oil droplets from the small fan to the suspension shaft cavity.

Common faults of Raymond Mill
(1) The lubricating pump is not well lubricated; (2) The air pipe connected to the roller assembly is worn through; (3) The current of the Raymond mill is too large. Suspended shaft parts often fail to rotate, and the current is up to 250-160A (normal 180-200A); (4) the mixing plow is easy to wear; (5) the transmission belt pulley has serious oil leakage; (6) the grinding chamber sound is abnormal, The roller has an impact sound on the grinding ring; (7) The roller and the grinding ring are abnormally worn. The surface of the roller is easy to grind into a concave surface, and sometimes uneven streaks appear, and the grinding ring also has a concave grinding surface.
Reason analysis of Raymond mill
1. Grinding chamber, open the grinding chamber after stopping, and use manual turning to find that some rollers do not rotate when rotating, and the rollers and grinding rings are broken. The analysis is caused by poor lubrication of the roller bearings.
2. Suspended shaft components, after disassembly, found that the sliding bearing of the suspended shaft was locked, and there was a large amount of sludge in the suspended shaft cavity. The reason is that the air outlet gap is too large, and the air pressure in the inner space of the cantilever shaft is lower than that in the grinding chamber, so that the dust enters the cantilever chamber.
