In addition, if there is a phenomenon of “resurgence†being uneven, a large amount of waste products may also be generated.
Later, we decided to move all the jobs back to the printing shop. A single-color offset press is used to print the water on the back of the print, that is, the ink roll of the offset press is released, the water roll is closed, and the press is printed again. After printing, the print is wrapped with a large "polybag". , Wait for the second day of water to completely “wet†the print and then die-cut. In this way, we have adopted the printing-die cutting-gluing process to complete the task smoothly within a few days. It should be noted that after the die-cutting of the job, it is also necessary to wrap it in a “polybag†before it is pasted, so as to avoid premature loss of water and relapse of the disease.
