According to the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Shanghai Venture Capital Guidance Fund", Shanghai accepted 26 venture capital institutions' declarations, and after conducting a formal review of the management institutions, they conducted due diligence and expert review of the 20 declaration institutions and passed the application for the municipal guidance fund. The unit's online application and initial review and review of written materials have identified these 20 venture capital institutions. Relevant departments will make investment recommendations to the Shanghai Venture Capital Guidance Fund Working Leading Group through due diligence and review of the applicant ’s data plan.
It is reported that the first batch of venture capital guiding funds will be formally established in the first half of 2011, and most of the investment areas declared by the funds will be based on the information technology industry.
