Preparation method

The materials were mixed and cobalt acetate was added to give a total cobalt content of 125 ppm . The reaction is stirred at a temperature of 50 to 225 °C for 4 to 8 hours. Depressurize and pass nitrogen through the mixture to maintain a vapor pressure of 1 mm Hg and raise the temperature from value="225" unitname="°C"> 225 °C to value="250" unitname="°C"> 250 °C, Stir for 6 hours.

Preparation method

Each batch was mixed in the reactor. Heat the mixture to the value "150" unitname="°C"> 150 °C under nitrogen. Methanol is distilled off through the glass-filled column. The steam temperature is controlled at value="66" unitname="°C"> 66 °C to ensure that the methanol is distilled out separately. When 64 parts of methanol are distilled off, the butanediol is distilled off by heating at atmospheric pressure with nitrogen at a value of "== 250" unitname="°C"> 250 °C. When butanediol was no longer distilled off, it was gradually reduced to 1 mm Hg for distillation. When 45 parts of butanediol were distilled off, the reaction was stopped.

Preparation method

0.175 mole of isobutyl phthalate, terephthalate 0.825 mole and the amount of 1, 4-butanediol, may be prepared copolyester (a melting point value = "194" unitname = " ℃"> 194 °C).
