The project is the introduction of 500 tons of paper quantitative high brightness offset newsprint machines with the daily production capacity of Finland Valmet Corporation with the international advanced level of the 1990s. The supporting AC frequency conversion speed control system adopts German Siemens equipment. The quality of newsprint produced by trial production has reached the international advanced level and can replace imported newsprint of the same type.
