They are climbing

One mountain friend joked: "The circle is small and small enough to recite each other's mobile phone numbers." Several outstanding people in the domestic folk mountaineering circle have almost no knowledge of each other, among which the "cattle people" such as Chen Junchi are recognized. Ma Yihua, Cao Jun, Liu Fuyong, Zhou Xingkang, Peng Xueyun, Xu Xiaoming, and Xu Xiaodong's brothers, Chen Jie and others. Wang Shi and Vanke executives are also enthusiastic about their business and enjoy word of mouth. His Vanke Mountain Association has now grown to 300 members. Zhou Hangkang, head of the Shenzhen Mountaineering Club, nicknamed Shisanlang, was established in 1997 and is a non-profit private mountaineering agency. In Shenzhen, an immigration city, adventure sports are particularly popular and popular. He said: “Although there are few well-known foreign countries in mountain climbing, there are still few people who make money by climbing and sponsoring (except business guides). Even there are several well-known mountaineers. In doing this, they didn’t earn much money. They knew what was first, and they had to respect the laws of climbing itself, and China was just starting to pay for tuition. Now there is a word popular in mountaineering circles, called 'climbing' People are often adults but immature'.

Chen Jie, whose net name is “the camp,” said: “The majority of the mountaineering circles are highly educated and of good quality. Otherwise, it is difficult to explain why they would do this deadly thing and really appreciate the taste.”

Monk with Everest

In the climber's bar, it was a topic to practice the cult. Many climbers told reporters that they would not describe too much and would be “misleading”. Peiyuan was a monk who had never been to the mountain. In May this year, he climbed to the summit of Mount Everest and returned safely.

The reporter saw the legendary monk in Beijing's western suburbs. He is 28 years old and is of thin build with a thick Sichuan accent. The wall of his bedroom is affixed with the “Mount Everest” certificate issued by the Tibetan Mountaineering Association. Zhao Pei became a monk in Wutai Mountain in 1992. After 4 years, he went to Beijing Buddhist College to study. Later he entered Guangji Temple. In 2000, he left and began to tour the world.

In 2000, I wanted to go out and look at it. The practice in the temple was too comfortable. I wanted to experience the suffering of many people outside. I borrowed money from my sister and my friend and finally got 20,000 yuan when I set off. I walk every day, day and night, and sleep on the car. I didn't stay in a shop for a year. When I was in Xinjiang, I often bought only one quail for three days. I spent almost one year in all the counties in China. In November of that year, I entered Yeli, Tibet, from Yecheng, Xinjiang, and took a big truck from Ali to Lhasa for 10 days. On the way, I made a wish to climb Mount Qomolangma. The main purpose was to “establish my faith”—I would say to do it, in order to test my judgment and patience. This is the first step toward fulfilling my religious ideal.

I have never been to the mountains before, but I am not brave. After my return in 2000, I began to prepare. Actually, in Beijing, all my knowledge of Everest comes from only one book, Colle-Kauer's “Into the Thin Air Zone.” I have read this book for more than six months. All my friends objected to me, but they still gave me the most support. In the second half of 2001, I began to prepare equipment and went to the Sanfu outdoor store to buy Jackets. They did not even sell me, and they thought that it would harm me. On January 9, 2002, I set out from Beijing and arrived in Lhasa on the 14th. My friend introduced Ren Qing Pingcuo as my coach. He is 59 years old and once served as vice chairman of the Tibet Mountaineering Association. I lived in the Tibetan squadron. They only charged me 5 yuan a day. I also loaned me a tent and several equipment. I only had one meal a day. I did not do any physical training. In Lhasa, I only walk around the city every day. But I have two kinds of the most important things: one is the state of mind, I do not have any desires, I just get close to the mountain, I will not be nervous nor fear. When I applied to the Tibet Association for Democracy, I said, “I can climb and climb over.” The other is my patience. When I was walking in 2000, I had no eyesight in Tibet for 10 days. I could not eat it. Do not drink for a day or two.
