Q: How about your sample policy ?
A: Currently there are 20 to 30 new prototypes are developed every month. In order that you can get your prototype earlier, please arrange sample payment once sample order is confirmed. All prototypes are planned according to the time of payment. Sample charge can be refunded once your order amount up to a certain level. Usually sample takes 3 to 12 working days. For more details, please check with our Accout Executive.Â
Q: What is your usual payment terms ?
A: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance paid before shipment; or L/C at sight.
