Ink anti-counterfeiting technology in ticket printing (2)

1 Composition of liquid crystal ink Liquid crystal ink is prepared by dispersing liquid crystals, additives and the like enclosed in microcapsules in a binder. The main components are water-soluble resin, microcapsule liquid crystal, and antifoaming agent. This ink does not use pigments, has good thixotropy, good leveling, and a viscosity of 4 to 6 Pa·S. In the production of the ink, since the liquid crystal reacts with other substances and is easily contaminated, the liquid crystal is first sealed with a natural polymer gelatin or gum arabic to obtain a microcapsule having a diameter of 5 to 30 μm.
2 Printability of LCD inks Screen ink printing should be screen printing. It is best to dry naturally, but it can also be dried with warm air at about 40°C. Do not heat at high temperatures sharply. In addition, when using a liquid crystal ink, the color temperature range should be determined according to the purpose of use and the durability of the liquid crystal should be taken into account depending on the application.
The key to liquid crystal printing is: to display bright color liquid crystals in the color gamut at different temperatures, and to ensure that the liquid crystal microcapsules are not crushed. Liquid crystal printing has a wide range of applications. In terms of its functions, it is mainly used for temperature display and color change.
Third, the photochromic and light change ink material under certain wavelength light irradiation, its chemical structure changes, so that the absorption spectrum of visible light changes, resulting in color changes. Then, the original color will be restored or not restored under the influence of the irradiation or heat of the light of another different wavelength. We call this reversible or irreversible coloration and achromatism a "photochromic" phenomenon.
1. Interference type optical variable ink (OPtiCally Variable Ink)
Interference type optical variable ink OVI is the most complicated type of modern anti-counterfeiting ink and is a popular high-tech product. Optically variable inks are reflective inks with a pearlescent and metallic effect, and color copying machines and electronic copying machines cannot be copied. Products printed with light-variable inks exhibit a pair of colors, such as magenta-blue, green-blue, and cyan-green. If the ink blot is tilted to 60°, the pattern can be shifted from one color to another. Since only the ink film on the print product is thick, significant color drift may occur, so its print characteristics cannot be imitated by any other ink and printing method.
Photo-variable ink is a high-tech product with simple principle and difficult to manufacture. It adopts an optically thin film interference filter whose coating color changes with viewing angle to selectively absorb and reflect natural light (multicolor light). Anti-counterfeiting purposes.
The anti-falsification of light-variable ink is specifically reflected in:
(1) The difficulty in the manufacture of light-variable inks is mainly due to the difficulty in controlling the thickness of each layer of the thin-film interference filter, and the use of multi-layer high-refractive-index dielectric films.
2 Film transfer and stripping technology is also more difficult: the film-coated multilayer composite film is placed in a preselected solvent, and the multilayer composite film is peeled apart to form fine fragments, and the upper and lower surface areas of the fragments are The ratio of the side area is at least 3:1, and then vacuum dried to produce a photochromic material. This multi-layer film fragment selectively absorbs a portion of the light wave, reflects the remaining light wave, and appears color. The optically variable inks can be produced by adding these multi-layered film fragments to specially designed binders and adding transparent dyes and other fillers. In addition, the linking material and solvent used in the ink are very special, because it must arrange each sheet in the ink printed on the substrate in parallel and float on the surface of the link material.
2. Fluorescent Ink Fluorescent ink is one of the most widely used inks in modern ticket printing. Its main component is fluorescent pigments. Fluorescent pigments are functional light-emitting pigments. The difference from ordinary pigments is that when external light (including ultraviolet light) is irradiated, it can absorb certain forms of energy and does not convert into heat energy. Instead, it excites photons and absorbs energy in the form of low visible light. Released to produce a different hue of fluorescence. Different shades of light combine to form an unusually bright color, and when the light stops irradiating, the luminescence disappears. This is called a fluorescent pigment. Fluorescent pigments are blended with polymeric resin binders, solvents, and auxiliaries to obtain fluorescent inks that are ground. This ink, which is sometimes invisible to the naked eye, emits light under ultraviolet or infrared light. Due to its switchable and hidden characteristics and its inability to be accurately reproduced on a color copying machine, the ink is increasingly used in certain applications. universal. For example, many currencies in the world are printed with fluorescent ink, which has a very wide range.
Fluorescent inks are suitable for the printing of papers and vinyl films. Offset printing, gravure printing, flexographic printing, and screen printing are also suitable for fluorescent inks. The rheological properties of most fluorescent inks are pseudoplastic flow, and the viscosity is small. These characteristics determine the printing process is different from the printing process of common inks.
Note that an inorganic phosphor or the like emits light when the crystal is crystallized. If the pressure is too high, the crystal will be broken and the light emission brightness will be reduced. Therefore, relief printing is generally not used. In gravure printing and flexo printing, besides paying attention to the characteristics of stickiness, linking material, and drying property, it is also necessary to pay attention to the adjustment of the printing pressure, and it is not appropriate to make the printing pressure too large and affect the printing effect.
China suffers from a limited area, a large population base, unbalanced regional economic development, long-term management of the industry, immature market economy, nor subjective and objective factors such as regulations, as well as accuracy, anti-counterfeiting capability, and functionality of domestic tickets. The party has put forward new and higher requirements. In this regard, relevant industry sources believe that in the future our country’s ticket will be the world’s most versatile, sophisticated, and sophisticated quasi-valued securities.

The clothes hanger [1] is not only an ornament, but also a functional product. The "function" of the clothes hanger has been widely recognized by consumers and has formed an "industry". After several years of running in, the quality of the industry gradually tends to be stable.

In China, "clothes hanger" can also be divided into two types according to product types, one is "lifting clothes hanger", or the so-called "electric clothes hanger", which can be divided into two types: manual and electric. Manual (hand shaking) is more popular, and electric (intelligent) is the development trend; The other is the "floor clothes hanger", which mainly includes airfoil type, X-type, single pole, double pole and other types. Such products are relatively simple, consisting of stainless steel pipes or spray pipes and plastic connectors. They are easy to disassemble and do not need to be installed by special personnel. They are popular with residents.
