For example, Zhuangxing Town uses the operation mode of the Internet of Things intelligent system to ensure accurate and efficient operation of recycled resource recovery data, and realizes the tracking and flow management of garbage and waste materials. Up to now, Zhuangxing Town has established 12 recycling service points and 1 transfer station, recycling 4,800 tons of various waste materials, and the recycling rate has reached 40%.
In order to promote the residents' active implementation of the classification of domestic waste sources, Fengxian District fully implements green accounts, opens online gift exchanges, exchanges items from daily necessities to supermarket exchange vouchers, natural gas recharge vouchers, etc., to continuously meet the different needs of residents. At present, the total number of green accounts has reached more than 340,000, with a coverage rate of 93%.
According to the relevant person in charge of Fengxian District, in April this year, Fengxian District promoted the “three-level barrel length†system in rural areas. Among them, the “first-class barrel length†is a member of the village committee team and the line cadres, each of whom slashes a responsibility area to supervise and guide the garbage classification work; the “secondary barrel length†is the party member and volunteer in the area of ​​responsibility. According to the principle of proximity, a number of villagers are paired up to guide the villagers to classify the garbage; the “three-stage barrel length†is the garbage collection and cleaning staff and the sorter. Through more than half a year of operation, the level of rural waste sorting and resource utilization in Fengxian District has been further improved. The awareness rate of household waste classification has reached 99%, and the correct rate of garbage has reached 85%.
The relevant person in charge of Fengxian District said that in the future, Fengxian District will further improve the effectiveness of waste source classification, realize full-scale classified transportation, and vigorously promote the construction of end-of-life classification capacity of domestic garbage, complete the domestic garbage resource utilization center, wet garbage comprehensive disposal center, and recyclable. The construction of garbage collection centers and other projects will continue to promote the level of harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization of garbage, and strive to achieve 100% mandatory classification of unit domestic garbage at an early date. Rural waste classification demonstration villages will be fully covered, “green accounts†residential areas and rural areas. Coverage reached 100%. At the same time, more than 90% of the residential areas have been created as living garbage classification standards.
