According to reports, this exhibition, as one of the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the return of Hong Kong, has been carefully prepared for two and a half years. It has collected more than 2,000 sets of toys that span 100 years of history. In the special exhibition hall of about 3,000 square meters, It was exhibited in four major parts: “From the past to the present”, “To create a toy kingdom”, “Toy fashion” and “Toy new generation”. From classic doll paper flashcard paper products, metal robots , plastic classic ducks to brand-named "Star Wars" action dolls, "Mobile Suit Gundam" models, Barbie and broccoli dolls, and now popular electronics Smart toys such as pets , large and small exhibits constitute a historical tunnel that shows the time of toys for a hundred years. Since the exhibition officially opened to the public in March, it has attracted a large number of visitors, many of whom are young and supportive. It is estimated that the number of visitors during the entire exhibition will exceed 400,000.

In order to tie in with the toy special exhibition, the lobby of the exhibition hall is transformed into a play experience area. In the background of the old Hong Kong street, there are origami areas and homemade toy areas, hot wheels track competition area, building blocks and other areas.

Of particular note is the “Creating a Kingdom of Toys” section, which is also a different place from the historical exhibition of ordinary toys. This section focuses on a historical development track of the toy industry in Hong Kong from scratch, from weak to strong, and Hong Kong toy people. Work hard to earn a position in the history of the world toy industry.
